The Fortitude Forum Mental Reset Series was created to offer something increasingly rare: an opportunity to step away from noise, pressure, and constant performance demands, and reconnect with clarity, purpose, and well-being. Hosted across 12 iconic U.S. National Parks, each two-day, one-night immersive retreat blended evidence-informed mental performance strategies with the restorative power of nature. Through guided yoga, meditation, structured workshops, and mindful reflection, participants developed practical tools for emotional regulation, sustained focus, resilience, and long-term mental well-being while experiencing some of the country's most remarkable landscapes. Today, we are incredibly proud to share that every Mental Reset retreat sold out. Because of the extraordinary support of our community, the Fortitude Foundation has raised **$330,000** for the National Parks Foundation, helping preserve and protect the natural spaces that made these experiences possible while expanding access to meaningful mental health initiatives.
